Dr. Abeer AlSubait is a distinguished Dental Consultant and healthcare leader whose work spans quality, patient safety, patient experience, and Person-Centered Care. She currently serves as Director of Corporate Quality, Patient Safety, and Patient Experience at the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs in Saudi Arabia, where she plays an important role in advancing quality and creating more compassionate, person-centered experiences of care.
Dr. AlSubait holds a Master’s degree in Leadership in Healthcare Management from the University of Manchester and a Master’s degree in Public Health from King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences. She also earned a Diploma in Public Health from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and an Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate from King Abdulaziz Medical City–Dental Center.
A lifelong advocate for learning and innovation, Dr. AlSubait holds international certifications in patient experience, value-based healthcare, Person-Centered Care, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and human rights. She is a Certified Professional in Person-Centered Care (CPCC) through Planetree International and has completed executive education programs through Harvard Medical School.
In addition to her corporate leadership role, Dr. AlSubait serves as Director of the School Dental Prevention Program and Co-Director of the Advanced General Dentistry Program at the Ministry of National Guard in Riyadh. She also contributes to the next generation of healthcare professionals as a lecturer at King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences and as Co-Chair of the Continuing Education Committee in Dental Services.
Through her leadership, education, and research, Dr. AlSubait brings a holistic perspective to improving healthcare quality, clinical outcomes, and the experiences of patients, families, and care teams.
