Jordanna Windemiller is a clinical operations leader and consultant dedicated to advancing person-centered, trauma-informed care within behavioral healthcare. With nearly 20 years of experience across community-based, residential, and virtual care settings, Jordanna partners with organizations to transform clinical values into operational practices that improve outcomes, strengthen teams, and create more compassionate experiences for individuals and families.

With a foundation in direct clinical practice as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Jordanna brings a deep understanding of the complexities faced by individuals experiencing substance use disorders and the healthcare professionals who support them. Her experience spans high-acuity behavioral health environments, from emerging organizations and rapid-growth startups to large healthcare systems, where she has led program development, accreditation readiness efforts, organizational change initiatives, and cross-functional transformation.

Jordanna is passionate about reducing stigma, strengthening psychological safety, and empowering frontline teams to deliver care that recognizes the dignity, strengths, and lived experiences of every individual. Her approach integrates clinical excellence, operational sustainability, and person-centered principles to help organizations build cultures where both patients and care teams can thrive.

As co-founder of Cook Recovery Services, LLC, Jordanna provides clinical operations consulting to healthcare organizations seeking to enhance quality, improve systems of care, and advance behavioral health outcomes. She also serves as an ASAM faculty member, facilitating and presenting for the ASAM ECHO Series, and is a published author with Springer Publishing, contributing to the 2025 textbook Equipping the Interdisciplinary Workforce to Treat Substance Use Disorder and Behavioral Health: Reducing the Stigma.
