Mohammed Ebdah, RN, MBA, CPHQ, CLSSGB is a healthcare leader dedicated to advancing patient experience, quality improvement, and person-centered care through operational excellence, innovation, and meaningful engagement with patients, families, and care teams. With more than two decades of healthcare experience, Mohammed brings extensive expertise in nursing leadership, patient experience strategy, performance improvement, and healthcare transformation.

Mohammed currently serves as Director of Patient Experience at DSFHR, where he leads initiatives focused on strengthening person-centered care, enhancing patient and family experiences, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across healthcare services. Throughout his career, he has held progressive leadership roles in patient experience and nursing operations, including Senior Manager of Patient Experience at International Medical Center (IMC), where he supported enterprise-wide initiatives to improve care delivery and patient engagement.

A passionate advocate for data-driven improvement, Mohammed has led quality improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking to address operational challenges and enhance healthcare experiences. His leadership of outpatient improvement initiatives resulted in measurable gains in patient access, while his work with patient experience committees helped drive hospital-wide process improvements and strengthen person-centered practices.

Mohammed has played a key role in accreditation readiness and quality improvement efforts, supporting organizations through Joint Commission International (JCI), CBAHI, and ACHSI accreditation processes. He has also led Patient Experience measurement and reporting strategies, leveraging patient feedback, experience dashboards, and performance analytics to guide sustainable improvements.

As a champion of Planetree principles, Mohammed has supported organizations pursuing Person-Centered Care Certification, serving as a leader of person-centered care initiatives and taskforces focused on aligning operational practices with the values of dignity, partnership, and compassion.

Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jordan University of Science and Technology, a Master of Business Administration, and professional certifications including Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He is also trained in Design Thinking through IBM, serves as a CBAHI Nursing Surveyor, and brings expertise in Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs).
