Natasha Poylin serves as a Person-Centered Care Consultant, Americas at Planetree, bringing experience in acute care medicine, clinical operations, and healthcare leadership. As an acute care Nurse Practitioner, she combines frontline clinical expertise with a strong foundation in healthcare administration to support healthcare organizations in advancing compassionate, Person-Centered Care.
Natasha’s background spans hospital-based medicine, neurosurgical care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and healthcare management, giving her a multidisciplinary perspective on both patient care and organizational improvement. Her work is grounded in a commitment to improving the experiences of patients and families through effective communication, thoughtful care coordination, and collaborative healthcare delivery practices.
In addition to her clinical and leadership experience, Natasha has contributed to research initiatives and supports humanitarian healthcare efforts through a medical charity initiative focused on Ukraine. She is passionate about helping healthcare organizations strengthen cultures of partnership, compassion, and excellence across the continuum of care.
Originally from the Boston area and now based in Chicago, Natasha holds a Master of Health Administration from Cornell University.
