Her work focuses on advancing person-centered care by helping organizations translate strategy into sustainable, organization-wide practice.
Farah partners with healthcare leaders to design and implement frameworks that strengthen patient and family engagement, enhance care delivery, and align operational structures with person-centered principles. She has extensive experience supporting the development of experience governance models, improving patient access and flow, and integrating best practices into daily operations to drive measurable and lasting impact.
Throughout her career, Farah has held senior leadership roles across major healthcare organizations in the Middle East, where she has led initiatives focused on patient experience, administrative operations, and system-wide transformation. Her work has consistently centered on aligning culture, leadership, and performance to support high-quality, compassionate care.
Farah holds a Professional Master’s in Healthcare and Quality Management and brings additional expertise in project management, quality improvement, and auditing.
