Sana Kadan, MBBS, MSc is a physician and healthcare leader dedicated to advancing person-centered care, operational excellence, and healthcare transformation across complex healthcare environments. With a background spanning clinical practice, public health, healthcare management, and service excellence, Sana brings a unique perspective that connects strategy, systems improvement, and compassionate care.
Sana began her career as a General Physician in Saudi Arabia and later expanded her focus into healthcare leadership and management. At Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest healthcare providers, she developed expertise in healthcare operations, patient experience, and person-centered care strategies. She subsequently served as part of the founding team that established the Kingdom’s first private primary care network, where she helped shape service excellence initiatives and build systems designed around the needs of patients and communities.
Currently serving as Chief of Staff at a specialized oncology institution, Sana leads strategic initiatives focused on operational effectiveness, organizational alignment, and the advancement of person-centered healthcare practices. She works closely with leaders and teams to strengthen care delivery models that prioritize quality, partnership, and meaningful patient experiences.
Sana holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a Master of Science in Public Health from King’s College London. Her combined clinical, public health, and leadership experience enables her to support healthcare organizations in navigating change while keeping patients, families, and care teams at the center of transformation.
