Dr. Abou Chahine currently serves as Group Director of Quality and Risk Management at Fakeeh Health in the United Arab Emirates, where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on quality improvement, risk management, accreditation readiness, and the advancement of safe, reliable healthcare practices. Through her leadership, she supports organizations in aligning strategy, culture, and operational practices to achieve sustainable excellence.

A passionate advocate for person-centered care, Dr. Abou Chahine has played a key role in advancing Planetree implementation by integrating patient and family engagement, workforce culture transformation, and governance frameworks into healthcare delivery.
