October is Person-Centered Care (PCC) Month, a global initiative that advances care that places people at the center of every decision, interaction, and experience.

Throughout the month, patients, staff members, caregivers, and families come together to celebrate, learn, connect, and take action to advance Person-Centered Care in their organizations and communities. PCC Month is a global initiative led by Planetree to advance person-centered care and showcase innovations, share learnings, and create connections.

Each week we will focus on one group at the heart of Person-Centered Care.
