Fabiane Carvalhais Regis, MSc is a psychologist, registered nurse, and healthcare consultant dedicated to advancing person-centered cultures through leadership development, human connection, and meaningful patient experience strategies. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Fabiane brings a unique multidisciplinary perspective that integrates clinical practice, psychology, organizational development, and education to help healthcare teams create more compassionate and effective care environments.
As the founder of Interação T&D, Fabiane supports healthcare organizations in developing the human capabilities needed to strengthen person-centered care. Her work focuses on leadership development, communication, psychological safety, behavioral competencies, and patient experience, helping organizations build cultures where patients, families, and healthcare professionals feel respected, valued, and empowered.
Throughout her career, Fabiane has designed and facilitated leadership programs, behavioral development initiatives, and experiential learning experiences for healthcare professionals. She is passionate about using active learning methodologies, including simulation-based education and structured debriefing, to help teams reflect on their practices, strengthen collaboration, and translate person-centered values into everyday interactions.
Fabiane previously contributed to educational initiatives and professional development programs at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, one of Brazil’s leading healthcare organizations. Her experience in healthcare education and organizational transformation has enabled her to partner with leaders and multidisciplinary teams seeking to enhance communication, engagement, and the overall experience of care.
Fabiane currently serves as Scientific Director (2025–2026) of SOBREXP – Sociedade Brasileira de Experiência do Paciente, contributing to scientific advancement, education, and knowledge sharing in the fields of patient experience and person-centered care in Brazil.
As a member of the Planetree Global Certification Network, Fabiane is committed to helping healthcare organizations cultivate cultures of empathy, trust, and partnership.
