Johanne Turgeon is an experienced strategic healthcare leader with more than 40 years of experience in health and social services across Quebec. Her expertise spans acute care, rehabilitation, and services supporting vulnerable populations and individuals experiencing a loss of autonomy. Throughout her career, Johanne has been dedicated to advancing person-centered care by helping organizations strengthen leadership practices, enhance quality improvement efforts, and build cultures where patients, residents, families, and care teams can thrive.
Johanne has held a variety of leadership roles, including serving as a strategic advisor to member and non-member organizations within the Francophone Planetree Network since 2019. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Francophone Planetree Network from 2016 to 2025, contributing her expertise and passion for advancing person-centered approaches across healthcare.
Johanne continues to support healthcare organizations as a member of the Planetree Global Certification Network. She remains committed to helping organizations cultivate person-centered cultures where compassion, partnership, and continuous learning are at the heart of every care experience.
