Dr. Nada Yasin Fida, PCC, CPCC is a leadership strategist, emotional intelligence expert, and patient experience advisor dedicated to advancing human-centered transformation across healthcare, government, and organizational settings. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, culture change, and healthcare improvement, Dr. Fida helps organizations create environments where people, performance, and purpose are aligned.
Dr. Fida currently serves as President of the ICF Saudi Chapter, where she leads initiatives to advance professional coaching standards, leadership development, and organizational growth in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. She is also a Director of Emotionally Intelligent Coaching at Bright Future Consulting Company, supporting executives and teams through leadership transformation, resilience development, and culture-building initiatives.
Throughout her career, Dr. Fida has worked at the intersection of leadership, emotional intelligence, and patient experience. As former Head of Patient Experience at International Medical Center (IMC), she led initiatives to strengthen service excellence, improve communication practices, and embed person-centered approaches throughout clinical and non-clinical environments. Her earlier work included designing and delivering large-scale training programs that empowered healthcare professionals to enhance empathy, engagement, and the overall experience of care.
Dr. Fida is passionate about helping leaders navigate complexity, strengthen resilience, and create psychologically safe cultures where teams can thrive. Her expertise includes executive coaching, emotional intelligence, organizational transformation, patient experience, strategic communication, and leadership development.
She holds a PhD in Health Administration, a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology. Dr. Fida is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Professional in Person-Centered Care (CPCC), and a certified EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessor, among other leadership and coaching credentials.
As a member of the Planetree Global Certification Network, Dr. Fida brings her expertise in leadership, emotional intelligence, and person-centered care to help healthcare organizations cultivate cultures rooted in compassion, connection, and meaningful human experiences.
