Hector J. Emmanuelli serves as Regional Director, Americas, bringing more than two decades of experience advancing person-centered quality, safety, innovation, and humanitarian health initiatives across the region and in international markets. His work has focused on strengthening health systems through strategic growth, partnership development, and the implementation of programs that elevate care delivery and outcomes.

Prior to joining Planetree, Hector led regional growth efforts for global quality programs at the American College of Cardiology, where he supported the development and expansion of accreditation services, clinical data registries, and real-world data solutions for international healthcare stakeholders. His experience includes collaborating with health system leaders to align quality improvement initiatives with sustainable business strategy.

Earlier in his career, Hector directed medical education initiatives in Mexico City, partnering with the life sciences sector and clinical leaders to deliver peer-reviewed programs that advanced evidence-based practice. He also led humanitarian health programs across Latin America, working within complex care environments to expand access and strengthen system capacity.

Hector holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Bridgeport, where he graduated summa cum laude. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to advancing person-centered care throughout the Americas.
