Latifah Aldossary is a healthcare leader dedicated to advancing patient experience, quality improvement, and person-centered care through strategic leadership and healthcare transformation. With extensive experience in quality management and healthcare improvement, Latifah partners with teams and organizations to create care environments where patients and families feel valued, respected, and actively engaged.
Latifah currently serves as Group Director of Patient Experience at Eastern Health Cluster in Saudi Arabia, where she leads initiatives focused on strengthening person-centered practices and enhancing the patient experience across healthcare settings. Through her leadership, she supports the development of systems and strategies that improve care delivery, foster meaningful engagement, and drive measurable improvements in healthcare outcomes.
Beginning her healthcare career in quality management in 2007, Latifah has developed deep expertise in performance improvement, healthcare transformation, and patient experience. Since 2020, she has focused her work on advancing patient-centered approaches that connect quality, compassion, and operational excellence.
Latifah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management and Technology from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University and a Master of Business Administration in International Healthcare Management from the University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom. She is a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) and holds additional certifications in healthcare management, project management, leadership, performance measurement, and key performance indicators.
