Lauren Esposito serves as the Marketing & Communications Manager at Planetree International, where she leads global marketing and communications initiatives that advance awareness and engagement in Person-Centered Care. She oversees communications across digital platforms, executive messaging, thought leadership, and organizational storytelling, helping strengthen Planetree’s global presence and support healthcare organizations in advancing compassionate, person-centered healthcare experiences.
Prior to joining Planetree, Lauren served as Senior Project Manager at the National Center for Disaster Preparedness within the Columbia Climate School at Columbia University, where she led communications initiatives focused on climate change, public health, and environmental resilience.
Lauren is passionate about using strategic storytelling and thoughtful communications to strengthen connection, inspire engagement, and support organizations working to improve the human experience of healthcare and advance community well-being through compassionate, Person-Centered practices.
