Monalisa serves as Director, Consulting – EMEA at Planetree, bringing more than 20 years of experience across the Middle East and North Africa in healthcare operations, patient experience, and strategic transformation. She partners with healthcare organizations to advance person-centered care by aligning strategy, culture, and operational practices to support high-quality, consistent care delivery.
In her role, Monalisa works closely with health system leaders to design and implement person-centered care frameworks, strengthen service excellence, and optimize workflows that enhance both patient and caregiver experience. Her work focuses on translating organizational priorities into sustainable practices that drive measurable improvement and long-term impact.
Prior to joining Planetree, Monalisa held senior leadership roles within leading healthcare organizations across the region, where she led initiatives focused on patient experience strategy, quality integration, and system-wide transformation. Her experience spans primary, secondary, and tertiary care settings, with additional expertise in accreditation, medical tourism, and advisory services for multinational organizations.
Monalisa holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Rabat University and a Global MBA from IE Business School. She is committed to supporting healthcare leaders in building cultures where patients, families, and caregivers are valued as essential partners in care.
