With more than a decade of experience spanning healthcare and financial services, she brings expertise in strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence to support system-wide improvement and sustainable growth.
In her role, Siobhan works closely with healthcare leaders around the world to design and implement transformation initiatives that strengthen organizational performance, enhance care delivery, and embed person-centered practices into daily operations. She is known for aligning strategy, technology, and organizational design to drive measurable outcomes and long-term value.
Prior to joining Planetree, Siobhan held senior leadership roles in consulting, where she led complex, large-scale transformation initiatives across healthcare systems, financial institutions, and global organizations. Her experience includes guiding executive stakeholders through strategic planning, digital enablement, and organizational change, with a focus on translating priorities into actionable and sustainable results.
A collaborative and people-centered leader, Siobhan is committed to fostering high-performing teams and cultivating cultures that support well-being, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Siobhan holds a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from The Ohio State University. A former Olympian, she represented Ireland in fencing at the 2008 Summer Olympics, an experience that continues to shape her leadership approach through a focus on discipline, resilience, and performance.
